The ski runs were wide and beautifully kept during our week of glorious weather. The area isn’t huge, but there’s enough skiing to fill a week, and the pass also covers Italy, just a 10-minute ski bus ride from the main gondola station in Nauders. We’ve skied in Austria for six years, and this is easily our favorite hotel so far, especially for the wellness area, fantastic food, and warm welcome. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, with a special mention for Lidia at reception, who was especially helpful throughout our stay. We’ll certainly look at coming back soon.

We spent a fantastic week here in early April. The private shuttle and ski lockers made a huge difference, and the staff were wonderful. The food was delicious, the family room was fabulous and big, and the kids loved the pools and play areas. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, we really enjoyed our stay. The quality is clear in the little details, and the hotel also feels friendly and welcoming. A real standout.

The food is very good, and the sauna and relaxation facilities are lovely. The room was very nice too. Service varies a lot depending on who’s working, from someone who barely speaks and is disrespectful to people who are very friendly. In general the staff aren’t friendly, though a few are really nice. I’d return for the facilities, but the overall unfriendliness makes me hesitate.

The owners, Kurt and Kathrin, made us feel incredibly welcome. We spent a week here with family and friends on a ski holiday, and loved the staff, excellent meals, and wellness facilities. After a day on the slopes, the outdoor Traktor après-ski’s bar was great fun. Highly recommend!
