Levente and the rest of the staff were amazing, and we all enjoyed the food. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a fantastic skiing holiday at Vaya Nauders with our whole family of 16. We’d highly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was outstanding, fresh, and delicious, and the staff were amazing. Our room was really well equipped, with a private balcony, bathrobes and slippers for every guest, and a Nescafe machine. The hotel is right in central Nauders and has a pool and spa, though I didn’t get to use them. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. It’s an awesome hotel.

The location worked perfectly for what we needed, and the rooms and service were fantastic. Some of their other locations are easier to get to, but that doesn’t take away from how nice this hotel is.

The room and breakfast were both good, and I can’t complain about the rest. We did find the parking uncomfortable, though. In high season, the lack of spaces for our car was somewhat understandable, but there are very few spots near the hotel. That’s an issue if you’re planning to travel to Serfaus. The hotel itself is nice and right in the town center.
