Claudia's warmth and attentiveness made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay at Mama Käthe's in the "Cosy Apartment". We spent several days there and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is stylish, spotlessly clean, and well equipped, so it really feels like home and has everything you need. When we're in Vorarlberg again, we know where we'll stay. Highly recommended!

Claudia was a very nice hostess and gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants and excursions, thank you. The little town is lovely, with restaurants, bakeries, a pharmacy, and supermarkets all an easy walk away. Our first-floor apartment was adequate for two people, and although it faced the street, it was very quiet with no traffic noise. The accommodation had toiletries, but only hand soap was provided, so I was glad I'd brought shower gel. I was also disappointed that there was no guest card for a discount on the elevator. The cleanliness and general condition were disappointing. The kitchen cabinets, patio door, and bathroom door had fingerprints from the previous guest, and we found black hairs on the bathroom tiles. I also felt there might be some damp problems in the apartment. After we complained about the bed, all the bed linen was changed. This shouldn't happen. Dear Claudia, you apologized several times, but please check your cleaning staff in future. As a guest, I find this unacceptable.

Claudia was a very kind and helpful host, and we felt comfortable the whole time we spent a few nights in the "Cosy Apartment" at Mama Käthe's. It was spotlessly clean and comfortably heated. Highly recommended!

We needed somewhere on short notice and were able to arrive that same evening. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotless, and the hosts were really nice, friendly, and helpful! :)
