The apartment itself is good, and so is the location, but our stay was a very poor experience because of the customer service. We arrived after a four-hour drive, a hike in the mountains, and a swim in the lake, with bags of groceries, only to find trash, dirty towels, toilet paper scattered around, and insects. It seemed the apartment had not been cleaned since guests had stayed there several days earlier. We couldn't shower or make dinner, and had to go out and wait for cleaning. We were finally able to check in around 11 pm. The communication about resolving the problem was rude. Also, if booking through Airbnb, check the final price carefully: towel, linen, and registration charges are added on top of the cleaning fee already shown.

They kept the very high cancellation fees even though the apartment was rented out again straight away. That doesn't show much goodwill or customer service.

It's in a quiet area, close to the cable car, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it.
