Chalet in Neukirchen

The welcome and staff were warm, and they dealt promptly with any requests or concerns, so we had everything we needed. Snow added to the charm, too. It’s a lovely little village, great for a family outing, and we’d be glad to come back! 👍

Snowy mountain peaks outside in the morning and a sauna to relax in at night, just lovely. The houses are spacious, cozy, and beautiful, and this is a fantastic place. We’ve been back countless times.

Our chalet was quiet, warm, wonderfully equipped, and just right for two families. The nature village itself is charming and family oriented. Check-in was friendly, and the facilities included a sauna cabin with an ice bath, bread delivery, and help arranging cross-country skiing tours nearby. We had a lovely long weekend and will definitely return. Thank you!

The Helios Apartments are right in Neukirchen, with the cable car across the street and a supermarket next door. It can be a little noisy in the village from traffic, but we got used to it quickly. People respected the house rules, it was quiet after 10 p.m., and we hardly noticed the other tenants. The apartments are also partners of the Summer Card, which gives you countless benefits for a small surcharge. We originally booked somewhere else through another provider, but for various reasons couldn’t stay there. After an 11-hour journey, we had no accommodation and no idea what to do. Some very friendly local residents put us in touch with the nature village. The manager, Anika, welcomed us warmly, and after a brief visit with her employee we were able to book Helios Top 5. We had a fantastic seven-day stay, and the apartment was a huge improvement over our previous booking. It was modern, very clean, spacious, offered great service, and even had a washing machine, all at a very reasonable price. Anika and the rest of the staff were lovely and helped however they could. It became one of our best family holidays, so we booked Helios Top 5 for next year straight away, this time for longer. We didn’t stay in the chalets in the nature village, but they looked great from outside, and the setting up there is stunning. Thanks again for everything. See you next year!
