Christoph was so kind and helped me out when my car couldn’t make it to the top. He gave me a lift, a real hero. The hotel is calm, cozy, and has a lovely atmosphere. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

After 30 years, we came back to Gasthoff Friedburg for a two-week holiday in August, this time with our three dogs. They made us feel so welcome, like we’d never been away. Our room was big enough for us and the dogs, including their benches, and the service was great. The food was really good, with more than enough on the plates, even for a big eater like me. Margret, Norbert, and the whole family made it a fantastic holiday. We had a splendid time and have already decided to come back next year. The drive to Gasthof can make you wonder if you’re going the wrong way. Keep going, though. The food is fantastic and the location is magnificent.
