The hostess was so helpful. She took time to explain things, shared good local tips, and if we needed something, it was at our door within minutes. There's also a bread delivery service in town that can bring fresh rolls each morning, and a very friendly dog greeted us warmly. We especially loved the big panoramic window in the living room and the view of the Großvenediger. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and spacious enough for eight. The kitchen had everything, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The sauna area was modern and roomy, just right after a day in the mountains. It's a quiet, sunny spot and a handy base for getting out into nature, whether for hiking, exploring, or simply relaxing. We had a perfect stay and would love to come again.

We had a really good stay in this lovely apartment. It's modern and has what you need for daily life, plus a great mountain view. Many tourist spots are easy to reach from here. The owners are friendly and helpful, and we'll definitely be back.

The view from the main bedroom and dining area is fantastic, and the apartment is in a peaceful spot. Before we arrived, communication by email was friendly and quick, and the arrival formalities went smoothly. Still, I can't agree with the five-star reviews. We were unhappy with the cleanliness and furnishings, and didn't feel comfortable in the Obersulzbach apartment. The Neukirchen area itself is definitely worth visiting. The lighting was so dim that we struggled to find our plates on the first evening. The website shows a bright kitchen, but the kitchen light in our apartment didn't work and started flickering after five minutes. The refrigerator was old and too small, its light was out and the bottle rack was broken. It took five hours to get cold. The owner said this was a known issue because the fridge is already 10 years old. If they knew, why hadn't it been replaced long ago? The walls were dirty in places, and the toilet had deposits. At this price, the walls should at least be touched up regularly. The baseboards weren't something you'd want to inspect closely either. There were stains on the privacy screen, which looked unappetizing, and the ceramic cooktop seemed never to have been properly cleaned. We also found chocolate stuck to a table leg when we arrived. The pillow was the worst part for me. I couldn't sleep on the one that was already covered, so I went to get another. Under the cover, it had yellow stains all over it. For the hefty price of the apartment, I don't think that should happen. From Wednesday through Sunday, people upstairs woke us every morning from around 5:00 a.m. with loud stomping and banging, including Sunday. The quiet hours were supposed to run until 6:00 a.m., but it happened each morning.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and I'd gladly return. The holiday homes are nicely equipped, with a fantastic view from a great, quiet location.
