We had a lovely two-night stay at unterbruun hotel. Our room was very spacious and had a balcony, and breakfast was really nice. Merilin was kind, polite, and friendly, and we also enjoyed the very good restaurant. Thanks so much for the hospitality. Rely Aharony

Right by the gondola and very centrally located, this is a small, pleasant hotel with personal service and traditional local food. There’s also a unisex wellness area with a little pool, two kinds of sauna, and a place to relax.

We paid for a spacious room for four, with two king-size beds, but were moved to a tiny loft room with hardly any natural light. There wasn't even a proper bed, just a mattress, and the lock was in bad shape. I don't know why the change happened, but the room was awful and certainly didn't feel like what we'd paid for in a four-star hotel. SO BAD!

The waiter is clearly very busy and works incredibly hard. His marmite attitude might put you off at first, but he really knows his job. The owners are friendly, the service feels better than the three-star rating, and the rooms are comfortable. We loved the exceptional pizzas, and the rest was great too. It's a family-run hotel, and I'd definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
