We loved the pool, the restaurant and the excellent room/apartments. It's perfectly located close to the gondola. A perfect aparthotel, and we'd definitely recommend it.

The Lodge restaurant is my regular choice when I'm in Neukirchen, where I spend about a third of each year. It's the best in town so far, and among my top three in the area. They’ve recently added gluten-free beer, bread and pasta. Ask for Esko if you want to feel even more looked after than at home!

The reception girl was so rude, even trying to lecture my dad for checking in too late, and she wasted our time for no reason. My family and I felt completely unwelcome. We also never got the beverage, coffee and dishwasher capsules we were promised. Horrible service!

The gondola is close by, and the staff were friendly, which made our ski trip really enjoyable. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the hotel has a genuine Austrian feel. Everything we needed was there for a great stay. We had an amazing time at Venediger Lodge. Highly recommend!

We were three as a family and really enjoyed dinner, especially the wagyu burger. The ingredients worked so well together, and the homemade fries were great too. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back.
