The bathroom’s sliding door means a little less privacy. Still, MSC Hotel works well for a short stopover, especially on a trip to or from Slovenia. The rooms are clean and breakfast is standard, but perfectly fine. I’m giving it four stars because the price feels quite high for a single night.

The rooms are pretty basic, and mineral water costs 1.1€/0.5l from the vending machine. Breakfast runs from 6-10. With its location and free parking, it’s a handy place to rest for the night while traveling.

I liked the clean, tidy room, and using the automatic reception was fun. Breakfast was good, just not exceptional. The hotel is outside town, but Neunkirchen is small anyway. There’s a McDonald's only a few steps away and a Merkur Markt nearby too. Stuhleck’s slopes are about 30 minutes away by highway.

There’s room for this hotel to be better. The room was okay for the price, the internet connection was fine, and parking was included. Breakfast fell short for me since there was nothing hot to eat, so overall I found the hotel just okay. I’d stay again if I needed a room in the area. The email response was quite good and quick.

I booked a room and then had to cancel. I spoke with the hotel in person, and they confirmed they would refund me, but after three months of discussions I still haven’t received the money. I really can’t recommend this hotel.
