The kids adored the hotel, and it was a lovely place to spend time with them. It has a nice kids’ room and other activity rooms for older children. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and most of all clean, with a lovely fresh smell. The family ownership gives the place a homely feel. It has a long history, but doesn’t seem old; there’s an authentic charm to it.

It’s a heartfelt family business, and we had a lovely stay. The rooms were warm, clean and comfortable, with nice views. Breakfast and dinner were quite good too. With the stubaicard included, the stay feels like a bit of a bargain.

The staff put in long hours to keep things running well for guests, and I think the house rules and the way they work deserve some understanding. I disagree with reviews calling the staff unfriendly. We had a lovely, very clean room with a balcony and a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was well prepared, with plenty of choices. At check-in, a kind woman showed us the room, the lovely wellness area, and the place to store our ski gear, explaining everything clearly. We'd definitely stay at this pension again when we next come to the area for a ski holiday.
