We'd already had five holidays in Neustift, with a hotel for the first one. Then we found this apartment, and it's where we've stayed for our last four holidays in Austria. It's beautiful and comfortable, has everything you could want, and is only a 10-minute walk from the village centre. Gabi is a lovely, helpful and accommodating host. Thanks to Gabi and the family Stern for another wonderful stay. Just perfect! (Stayed in apartment Sophia, 30 June to 12 July 2022)

Mrs. Gabi, the owner, was kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. Everything in the apartment felt practically new, from the furniture and floors to the appliances. The towels and bed linen were clean and fresh too. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend it.

We’re always glad to visit the Stern family, and the vacation apartments are a dream. If anything comes up, we can sort it out quickly, either face to face or on WhatsApp. Wishing the family continued happiness and success.
