We stayed for three nights in early May 2025. The apartment was cozy, with a large balcony, and sits right on the main Stubaital road. The bus stop is nearby, and Neustift downtown, with its restaurants, bars and other amenities, is an easy walk. It’s a great base for Stubaier gletscher, about a 25-minute ride on the frequent ski buses or an easy drive. I can definitely recommend it.

The owner was very friendly and easygoing, and the location is great for exploring the Stubaital area. My room was spacious and had everything I needed, though the decor felt rather old-fashioned. As a non-smoker, the cigarette smell in the house was the one real downside for me.

The hostess was the most hospitable one we’ve ever met.

The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, and Neustift’s center takes about 10-15 minutes to reach on foot. We were five people in the larger apartment for three days. It was clean, just as described, and suited us perfectly. You can request bread delivery, and the hosts were very friendly. The location is excellent. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it!
