Haus Marianna

Marianna, Hubert, and Julia are incredibly nice. We stayed in the Zwölfer apartment with our two children during Carnival week. It’s bright, spacious, and very clean, with a kitchen that’s more than well equipped. After skiing, we could catch the last of the sunshine in the garden just outside the front door.

We’ll definitely be back. The hosts are so welcoming, and it’s easy to get to hiking paths, shops, and restaurants from here. Outside, there’s a covered terrace, a lawn with comfy loungers, and another sheltered seating area with mountain views, plus a private parking space. The Stubaital Card is included, with all its great benefits. Inside, the modern kitchen has everything, and there’s a nice dining nook, a spacious bathroom, and a beautiful bedroom. There are even mosquito nets at the entrance and bedroom.

I found Haus Marianna just four days before I was due to arrive for a few days in the Stubai Valley, and even with such short notice everything went smoothly. The price was fair and the hosts were friendly. Neustift is walkable from here, but the place itself is pleasantly quiet. The other, slightly larger apartment was occupied by people who’ve been returning for over 15 years, in summer and winter. Seems I’m not the only one who likes it! ;-)

The Elfer apartment was modern, clean, and very well equipped, with a nice southwest-facing terrace and a good parking spot. Our Stubai Super Card was included, too. Marianna Pfurtscheller gave us a warm welcome and was always helpful when we had questions or needed something. We were very satisfied with our summer holiday there in 2020, just the two of us. The surroundings are beautiful, and we’d happily recommend it.
