Haus Reiterer

We’ve stayed with the Reiterer family three times, and everything at Haus-reiterer's holiday apartment has been completely satisfactory. Regards from Dorthe and Jørgen in Denmark.

Comfy.

It was spotless, and the service was lovely. We got fresh towels every two days, and they provided toys for the kids, a travel cot, and a highchair. The house is well placed, close to town and central. The downsides were the noise carrying between rooms and a driveway that scraped the underside of our car every time we left. With our three-year-old, we felt we had to keep things quiet from 6 pm because running, thumping, and the children playing could be heard. The bathroom and shower were very old too, with an outdated tap that didn't mix the water.

A quiet setting, just a few minutes from the center of Neustift, and the end of the long toboggan run is right by the house. We could park just outside, and the ski boot room and apartment were only a short walk apart. Inside, the apartment was thoughtfully furnished, with lots for the children to do, including games and a wooden train set. Most of all, the landlady was friendly, helpful, patient, and understanding about life in a holiday apartment with four children. The owners had just the right attitude about everything.
