That big bath in our lovely bathroom was just what I wanted after skiing. The balcony view was superb, and our room was great. Breakfast had lots of variety and was high quality. Staff were always welcoming and very friendly. The cleaners came in each morning and even folded our pajamas for us. The bus stop, supermarket, and ski hire are all about a 30-second walk away. A few little things: cooking your own eggs in a pan at breakfast was a bit of a chore, and the Wi-Fi was weak on the second floor. Still, an online detox isn't too bad on a ski holiday. It would also be nice to have a set time in the spa for non-nudity, especially for English guests. If I ski in Stubai again, I’ll definitely stay here.

We had a great stay. The location is just right, the rooms are excellent and the beds really comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, too, and the service was very good. I recommend it!

We rented an apartment that comfortably fit six people. It was spacious and had all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the mattresses were really comfortable. The staff were friendly and quickly sorted out any problem. There’s a great sauna and steam room, and a bus stop just ten feet away with free rides to the slopes. We’d stay here again.

The bar seating area closes at 6 PM, if I remember right, and it would be great if it stayed open longer. Still, this is clearly a superb hotel and I’d come back. It’s clean, quiet, and in a great spot, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. There’s guest parking, and a supermarket and bus stop directly across the road. They also have an Inter Sport shop in the building where you can rent ski or snowboard gear. The Elfer lift is right there too, just a two-minute walk to the cable car.

The spa was a lovely extra, and the rooms felt stylish while still being surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, too. Staff were incredibly accommodating, and the location makes it easy to reach both Innsbruck and Stubai. I’d highly recommend staying here in Tyrol.
