Garden House

The location and surroundings are wonderful, but the apartment needs a lot of work. We stayed in Apartment Top 3 Alpen Rose with six people. It has three double bedrooms, one also with a children’s bunk bed, plus a sofa bed. The view was lovely. Inside, we found dirty dishes and had to wash them ourselves. Some bed linen and towels were dirty, and when we asked for replacements, they weren’t brought to us. Fresh linen was left in the entrance without anyone letting us know. The apartment overall was very unclean, with lots of broken things, including a dirty, broken toilet seat that made us feel disgusted about using it. There were also safety and finish issues. A cable was exposed in one bedroom, and we couldn’t tell if it was disconnected. A living room cabinet tipped forward when opened, which seemed especially dangerous with children around. On the balcony terrace, furnished with two sofas and a table, the facade looked unfinished. Construction foam was coming out at several corners, and the railing stopped short of the wall, leaving a small gap. The area around the house was chaotic too. A complete disaster. We can’t say much about the service because there was no proper handover and hardly any contact with the key holder. We were simply told the key was in the lock.

Our group of eight had the booking cancelled just five days before the stay. I wish I could rate this 0 out of 5, but the system won’t let me.

We haven’t slept this well in a long time. The accommodation was lovely, clean and in a great spot, and we had everything we needed. Thank you!
