The food is generous and more than good enough, and there’s free parking too. I keep returning because the Almis family make guests feel so welcome. The rooms are really comfortable, the spa is superb, and they provide winter equipment at no charge. Best hotel in the region.

The service was really friendly, and my pasta at lunch was excellent. They served a huge portion, too.

They even gave me a lift to the train station when I left and made sure I was all set. That sums up how kind and helpful the family is. My name was on a reserved table for my whole stay, a lovely personal touch. Almi’s Berghotel was spotless and cozy, and there was plenty to do, from yoga and sauna time to activities they helped arrange locally. You can also rent e-bikes to explore the green alpine scenery and mountain trails around Obernberg. It’s a beautiful place for hiking or riding, or just taking it easy. I had a peaceful, special stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for a mountain break in Tirol.

The hotel feels connected to the local town and its needs. Staff work really hard for their guests and do a great job. The food, made with regional products, was very good, and I had a very pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed here twice, and the sauna facilities are excellent. It’s a lovely spot, with really friendly, helpful staff and excellent food in both quality and variety. Much of the produce comes from the local Alms. I’d highly recommend it as a base for winter ski touring.
