Apartment Neuhäusl

We eventually made it to the room, only to find someone was already living there. The fridge and ashtray were full, and there was a bathrobe, shaving kit, slippers, and a picture with his lover. After we sent photos of the situation to the service team, they sent us to an alternative hotel in Germany at a considerable extra cost. Absolutely no go. Never again. Getting into the accommodation had already been a mess. It was extremely hard to find, even with a good navigation system, and it sits between the railway tracks and a busy highway. The complex looked as though it hadn’t changed since a renovation attempt around 2004. Another family nearby had been unable to use the advertised code for two hours. We didn’t have the code either, and customer service provided it after several calls, but it still didn’t let us in. The other family found out the main entrance was blocked and got into the hallway through the dark underground garage. That worked for us too. The English-speaking family left as soon as they saw the room.
