The spa was large, spotless, and nicely decorated, and there were entertainment and relaxation rooms beside the big fireplace. A garage is included in the price, with a lift straight to the apartment. The apart-hotel feels warm and has been completely renovated, with helpful, friendly staff. The apartments are excellent and well equipped, including a fully functional kitchen. It’s a great place to stay for access to the best slopes, with a super ski-in location while visiting Obertauern. I’d definitely come back.

The hosts were very kind, and we liked the warm, modern apartment and its view. The free garage and spa helped make the holiday active but relaxing, and we left feeling recharged. The price seemed good for this kind of location, apart from the final cleaning fee. At departure we were expected to clean the apartment, take out the trash, wash and dry the dishes, move the bed linen, and more. Paying 130,00 EUR for final cleaning in such a small apartment feels unreasonable.

The balcony has breathtaking mountain views, and the furniture is rustic and homey, which gives the place a warm, welcoming feel. The kitchen and ski-room are well equipped, and there’s a large garage. It’s within walking distance of Grünwald ski-lift, and you can ski from the hotel’s ski-room almost all the way to the cableway station, crossing the road on foot. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from downtown.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, there’s a garage, and two ski lifts are nearby 😊

You can ski right to the entrance, and the spa is nice too. The service was really friendly and excellent. When the dishwasher broke, they replaced it with a new one the same day.
