My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We had the absolute best time here, and it was the loveliest hotel in the Alps! 😁

The people here made the stay for us. Everyone at reception and in the restaurant was so welcoming, and we really felt at home. We spent nine days in a clean, comfortable room. In the afternoons, we could use the sauna and steam cabin, and there were secure ski and snowboard lockers for hotel guests. The pizzas in the evening were nice too.

The rooms were kept extremely clean, and the location made skiing so easy: you can ski right to the door, with everything you need just a couple of minutes away. I’d never been to Obertauern before, but the welcome and service were so good that I’ll definitely come back.

What made the stay memorable was how warm and attentive the staff were. After time on the slopes, the sauna was a lovely place to relax. The restaurant had tasty choices, especially the pizzas, though the menu felt a little limited. Breakfast cost quite a bit, but the quality was excellent and added to the good impression. A great option if you want a mix of skiing, relaxation, and friendly service.

We found the spa a great way to unwind, and the restaurant service was excellent. The hotel also had a warm, family-friendly feel throughout our stay. Everything was thoughtfully looked after, and we came away with lovely memories. A really enjoyable place for families.
