The staff made us feel at home throughout the stay, always greeting us warmly. A few people especially stood out. Pauline served fresh food from the kitchen and checked that we were happy, sorting out any adjustments if needed. Jan-ole went well beyond what was expected to make sure my family and I had what we needed. Peter helped us get our seating changed when we asked. Andreas, the lovely receptionist, arranged a last-minute taxi for our early departure, gave us packed breakfasts, answered our questions, and pointed us in the right direction. There are so many facilities for families and couples, whether you ski or not, that we could barely try them all. The hotel itself was among the best I’ve stayed in, easily in my top five, and a great place for a relaxing weekend where you can feel refreshed. I have no complaints. This was my first stay, but I expect there’ll be more, and it’s raised my expectations for other hotels.

The lobby bar is great, and so is the staff. But the coffee had the worst taste in the whole world. Awful.

The managers, a lovely couple, make guests feel as though they’ve welcomed you into their home. The people there make every detail feel special. The room, food, pool, and hot tub were all just right, like being at home. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

A really charming place, with lovely facilities and surroundings. The rooms are cozy, the food is high quality, and the staff are super friendly. One of the best resorts I’ve tried, and I highly recommend it.
