Appartement Schmid

I came here to paddle, and the balconies and hard floors made it easy to handle my equipment. The apartment was warm, comfortable, clean, and practical, in a lovely little town.

The owners were so friendly and helpful, and the place is central but quiet, with the ski bus stop nearby. We spent a week of our ski holiday in Apartment 3 in March. The large terrace and its comfortable furniture were great for unwinding after skiing. Inside, the wood gives the apartment a lovely smell and atmosphere. It looked just like the pictures, with tasteful furnishings, good equipment, and comfortable mattresses. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

Hochoetz is a lovely area with something for everyone. In Apartment 3, we had a big balcony and a beautiful panoramic view. It had been renovated, was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The new wooden furniture gave the apartment a fresh wood smell. We didn't get around to trying the sauna area because the weather was so nice. We'd love to return. Best wishes!

Everything we needed day to day was an easy walk away, including the bus stop, restaurants, and shops. Public transport from Oetz made it simple to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The Schmid family were always ready to help, share advice, and give us some local tips. Our apartment was practical and charming, and we felt at home straight away. There’s also a sauna and fitness room, and relaxing in the sauna after a long hike was a dream. We loved our stay and would happily come back.
