Katarina the owner is right there for you and does what she can to make the stay pleasant and smooth. The staff are lovely too. We loved our vacation, and it's the people there who make it such a wonderful experience.

At 446 euros a night, having reception close in the evening and being unable to check in after 22:00 feels like too much. I understand the family business, the lack of competition in the area, and the village way of life. Still, from the outside it comes across as if the staff don't want to work and are being paid to do nothing :/

I'll never come back. It's the worst camping place I've ever seen: the staff aren't polite, towels aren't included, and there isn't enough space in the common area or enough dishes. Nobody can help, and there's no shower gel in the shower.

The restaurant was delicious and had different kinds of cuisine. There’s an adults-only spa and relax area with great indoor and outdoor pools, a range of saunas, and massages. Service and attention to detail were excellent, and it was easy to get there by car. The nearest ski lift is a 10-minute walk, and the ski bus stops right outside the hotel. A couple of things to keep in mind: if you're travelling as a group, ask the administrator for nearby rooms when you book. In high season, reserve a dinner table before you arrive, as evenings get busy and it can be hard to find a good place to eat.

We had a really nice weekend, and the resort was very family friendly. The food was amazing, and we loved the pools and saunas. The downside was that the saunas don't open until 14:00.
