Daniella was easy to reach, and regularly checked whether everything was going well or if we needed anything. We had a wonderful week in early July and would happily return. Our ground-floor apartment had a balcony with a stunning view. The rooms were clean, with a lovely new kitchen and bathroom, a separate bedroom with good mattresses, and a nice dining area.

Daniela was friendly and accommodating, and we had everything we needed. We stayed with the Mora family at the end of April, during the shoulder season, and were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the four of us, and having two separate bathrooms and a separate kitchen made mornings easy. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. We liked the charming, rustic style of the furnishings, which felt typical for the area. The view was magnificent. Thanks for a lovely stay, we’d love to come back.

If you want a simple, inexpensive place in Oetz and care most about the beautiful view, this apartment may suit you. The view from the upper unit really is the highlight. Daniela was friendly, available for questions, and helped find a quick, easy solution after some damage we caused. The beds were very comfortable, and there’s a ski room with a boot dryer. Getting from the parking lot to the apartment means a steep uphill walk, which could be hard if you’re not very mobile. We drove to the ski lift each time. Walking there only makes sense if you have a parking space at the resort. The kitchen didn’t seem fully renovated as described. The cabinets and drawers were wobbly and poor quality, and the furnishings were very basic. Daniela said a new kitchen was planned for the spring. The table was wobbly too. There were cobwebs on the ceilings, and dust and cobwebs under the beds, but we wiped them away easily with a damp cloth. The apartment shares its living area and entrance with the family and children. The house is very noisy, so we could hear their activities clearly. A new door was planned to give the living areas more separation. Wi-Fi was slow and weak in the living and sleeping area. Both TVs were awkward to use, and because it’s satellite TV, there were no local channels. The current channel list was missing.

The view is magnificent, and the hosts made us feel very welcome. It was a wonderful stay in a clean, well-equipped place, with a heated room for ski boots. The gondola to the ski resort is a two-minute drive away. We can’t wait to come back! 🙂
