The hosts were genuinely friendly, and the place itself was quiet, but our stay in the Sky Apartment at Urlaubsplatzl Appartements was disappointing. I can't recommend this particular apartment, though perhaps others in the building are better maintained and more comfortable. There are only many stairs and no elevator, and the wooden floor is very noisy. The sofa was torn. One of the two bedrooms has a very low sloped ceiling, and my daughter hit her head several times. I had to move the bed to lower the risk. We couldn't open the sleeping room windows because sheep wandered outside day and night, and their bells kept making noise. There's just one toilet, and it's extremely small. The shower is cramped as well.

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartments are spacious, the place is beautiful, and the young couple running it are simply lovely.

We'd love to return to Urlaubsplatzl. Mona and Christian were so warm and welcoming, and made us feel at home. We stayed in both Cosy and Sky over our wonderful Christmas week. Cosy is just right for two, while Sky works well for families with children. The decor has lovely little details, and the layout gives kids plenty of room to play. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped, with nothing missing.

Apartment 360 had plenty of room, comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms, and a kitchen stocked with what we needed. Mona and Christian were friendly, helpful, easy to reach, and handled every request competently. We'd definitely return if we visit the Ötztal Valley again :)

Oetz was an ideal base for exploring the region and for winter skiing. We stayed as a family of five, two adults and three children, in the 'Charmy' apartment at Urlaubsplatzl, and felt at home straight away. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with thoughtful details and a layout that suited us perfectly. We had everything we needed. Mona and Christian were incredibly welcoming. Thanks again to our hosts!
