The mountain view from the back garden and how close the apartment is to Achensee made the location a real highlight. The place was modern and spotless, and the owners made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed our first stay so much that we’ve already booked another one directly.

We had a little private garden where we could relax and barbecue, and the lake was just over a narrow local road. The apartment was clean, practical, and well equipped, and our hosts were so warm and helpful. There’s plenty to do around Achensee, from hiking and biking to water activities, and the region suits families with young children, older visitors, and active sportspeople alike. With the lovely nature all around, it felt like paradise. We’d be happy to return to the same apartment house soon, if possible.

The owners welcomed us warmly and were easy to contact whenever we had questions. Marty even had treats waiting when we arrived. We spent Christmas in apartment Top 3, which was cozy and clean, with everything we needed to enjoy the holidays. From the terrace we could see the mountains, and we woke up to a direct view of Lake Achensee. Snow came just in time on Christmas Eve. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. We were there for 12 days in July with our dog Fay, and she had a great time too. We went on several excursions, and Austria really is beautiful. The weather wasn’t the best, but Daniela, Roland, and their daughter Isabell still gave us a wonderful holiday, so thank you to them. Our apartment, TOP 2, had a fantastic view and a lovely spot by Lake Achen. It was super clean, with comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and rooms that felt just right.
