After six years of visiting Tirol/Pertisau, we'd always found good service and high standards at the four-star hotels. This hotel didn't offer the service or four-star standard I expected. When I asked the owners what amenities had earned it four stars, they became very rude. The spa closes at 6:30 pm, and the bath there requires coins. The jacuzzi is in a small backyard, and the relaxation area was being used to store floor tiles. The rooms felt like those in an ordinary guesthouse. There was no restaurant or bar, and reception also closed at 6:30 pm. The hotel led guests to believe there was free access to SPA Gramai Alm, but when booking, it didn't say that it was 7 km away up in the mountains, with parking to pay for. The same applied to the restaurant: online, it offered a prebookable five-course dinner without saying you had to go to Grami Alm for it. For the first time in my life, I chose to pay 717 Eur, even though cancellation should have cost me nothing, rather than stay at a hotel and spoil my visit to such a beautiful place.

The breakfast really stood out, with organic ingredients, local cheese and bread, and no plastic. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely decor, breathtaking views, and a perfect spot in Pertisau. It was very clean, and we'll definitely come back!

The food was phenomenal, some of the best I've ever had, and the staff made us feel very welcome. This clean, cozy hotel is great value and has good facilities, including a sauna, small gym, and boot and ski drying room. It's just a one-minute walk from the bus stops and the cross-country skiing and hiking trails. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I'll definitely return next time I'm in Pertisau.

We felt welcome right away, and the warm, friendly atmosphere made our long weekend lovely. We went skiing, hiking, and sledding. The house isn't new, but it's very well maintained and currently being renovated. The spa area may be next on the list, though even as it is now, it was great for relaxing. We'd love to come back!

We ate at the restaurant three times during our week in Pertisau, and it was the best meal we had there. The food was tasty, with a good selection and very good quality, and the service was friendly and attentive. We'd definitely recommend it. Thank you.
