We spent our summer here with four children, and they had a great time. In about ten minutes, you can be walking a lovely trail that leads higher and farther into the mountains. Don't miss it. The shared garden was a great spot to relax, and the house had all the basics we needed: microwave, oven, dishwasher, bath, and shower. It's nicely located for getting to town or the swimming pool in just a few minutes. The highway is close, but we hardly heard any traffic, and access is quick if you're heading to Innsbruck, Imst, or another city.

Everything was lovely!

The beds were comfortable, every bedroom had its own bathroom and toilet, and there was a washing machine. We also enjoyed the lovely shared garden. The manager might consider adding a wooden bench to each balcony, or a few extra chairs. A few more glasses and pieces of cutlery would help too, since the current amount felt limited for ten people. We stayed in the top apartment, which sleeps ten and has two balconies, one with a magnificent view (see photo). The owner and manager lives on the middle floor and rents out the upper and lower ones. They were very friendly and did a lot to make our stay pleasant, including providing a ping-pong table and pétanque. We also had free use of the indoor pool 200 meters away. The house is right beside the highway, but we didn't notice noise from it. Sankt Anton, with its cable cars, many amenities, and larger swimming pool, is less than ten minutes away. The free Summer Card gives you one free day each week on the Sankt Anton cable cars and at its swimming pool, along with free bus travel and a few other things. For day trips, Valluga and Verwalltal are must-sees. We went up Valluga by three cable cars, hiked from Valuga 1 to Kapall, then took the chairlift back. We reached Verwalltal by Wanderbus. Other places worth visiting are Innsbruck, for a walk around the old town; Rosengartenschlucht in Imst; Kops reservoir; and Silvretta Hochstrasse, though that's a bit farther away. Bergbau Gand, the small museum in Sankt Anton, Schnannner Klamm, and the Korbersee hike near Lech, with its scenic drive, are nice as well.

The one thing I wasn't happy with was the tourist tax in the St. Anton region: €5 a day for each person aged 15 or older. In 25 years of holidaying here, we've never paid so much. That's not something the Stark family can be blamed for. We stayed with the Stark family in October 2024 and found the price fair. The apartment is spacious and can sleep up to ten, with four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, toilet, and shower. We had everything we needed.
