The sauna was available whenever we wanted, and the price seemed fair. But keeping the place clean was a serious problem. The shared areas weren't cleaned regularly, stuff was left piled up around the building, and the soap dispensers were empty. During our six days, there were only two days when enough towels were available at the sauna. We spent more than an hour cleaning the apartment ourselves when we arrived because it was so dirty. For four people staying seven nights, there was no soap and only two dishwasher capsules and two Nespresso capsules. The small dishwasher and the limited dishes and utensils only covered one or two meals. The host's messages didn't feel welcoming, and we were told to give 30 minutes' notice before leaving so the apartment could be checked. Parking was hard to find, and the fridge felt very small for a six-person apartment.

We paid €163 for a room booked at €63. The extra €100 was apparently a cleaning charge, and they blamed us for not noticing that cleaning cost that much. We couldn't get the money refunded. There was no reception or management available in the apartments to help sort out the charge. The doors were all open, so anyone could get into the building and rooms without paying, with nobody watching. The walls were so thin there was no soundproofing, and the bathroom didn't even have hand soap, a basic hygiene item.

The location was great, with Kaprun about 10 minutes away and Zell am See lake around 13 minutes away. Check-in and checkout were easy, the area was peaceful, and the staff were friendly. The toilets also have a “Shattaf”. The room cleaning could have been better, with lots of spider webs around the beds. I know it's rural, but that still needs cleaning. The beds weren't comfortable, and some rooms had window screens against mosquitoes and bees while others didn't. The balcony lights didn't work, and there's no AC.

The rooms, blankets, and pillows could have been cleaner. Still, I had a good stay. The apartment was roomy and had the equipment I needed, the location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay. It was peaceful and comfortable, with everything we needed in the apartment. The WiFi was excellent, so we could keep up with F1 and football while we were there. Thanks, Christian!
