Emma Deluxe Aparthotel

For the second year running, we spent Christmas and New Year's at this beautiful hotel and had another wonderful stay. It's in a small, quiet village with fantastic Alpine views, and Kaprun is only five minutes away by car. The apartments are cosy, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. We felt at home, and the whole apartment hotel was exceptionally clean. Parking was easy, right in front of the hotel. It's also very convenient to reach the ski bus stops for Maiskogel, Kitzsteinhorn, and Zell am See, just a five-minute walk away. The owners and team are warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Every New Year's Eve they hold a lovely get-together in the late afternoon for all the guests, with champagne for adults and special surprises for children. It makes for a really festive atmosphere. It's very family-friendly and welcoming to dogs too. Our Labrador, Cookie, loved her holiday home. We especially enjoyed the beautiful spa facilities and heated outdoor pool. We're already looking forward to coming back at the end of the year for our third stay.

We had the best stay we've ever had at Emma Apartments. The place exceeded our expectations, with beautiful, spotless, comfortable accommodation and everything we needed. The spa was a highlight, with a sauna, steam room, heated pool, and quiet relaxation room, all kept in impeccable condition. The location was ideal for skiing in Kaprun, just a few minutes from the ski resorts. We loved our time there, and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We'd happily come back if we get the chance.

The sauna and pool were lovely, though I wish they had been open for a few more hours. The apartment itself was warm and comfortable, with plenty of room and everything well provided. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the ski room was spacious and nicely equipped.

The property was spotless and clearly gets a lot of care to keep it in such good shape. Everyone was really friendly, and we had a great stay at Emma’s. We’ll come back.
