The village had a quiet, cozy feel, with plenty of traditional Alpine charm. It was a lovely break from city life, and I spent happy moments on the balcony with coffee, looking over the flower boxes and rooftops below. My room’s balcony also had a wonderful mountain view. Seeing the snow-dusted peaks in the morning light, then watching the sun set behind them, was magical. The home was clean and comfortable, with warm, rustic decor. The host family were welcoming and made sure things went smoothly. I stayed from July 4 to July 7th. It was such a peaceful, picturesque getaway that I can’t wait to return.

We really liked this place and hope to come back as soon as we can. The host was pleasant, helpful, and supportive. It’s also very quiet, and the location works especially well for a ski trip by car, with access to both Kaprun and Zell am See ski areas up to 10 minutes away. The rooms were beautiful and clean, well equipped, and had amazing mountain views.

The breakfast was pretty good, and the guy running it was really nice. The room itself was below average, though, and there was a bit of noise from the nearby main road. They added 22 euros as a tax payment. My overall impression was below average.

Good value for the money, with a very nice breakfast buffet, especially considering we were the only two guests eating. The owners were lovely, and the place is very close to the main road leading up to the Kitzsteinhorn.
