We were there from 23rd December 2025 to 1st January 2026, and felt welcome throughout. The room was lovely and warm, with a shower, and spotlessly clean. From it we could look out over the garden and see the village under snow.

The staff were very polite and caring. Our room was large and clean, and we thought the hotel was very nice. ☺️

We stayed the night after going to a wedding nearby, and it worked out perfectly. The room was nice and clean, very quiet, and had a wonderful mountain view. Everyone was friendly, breakfast was good. See you next time! 😁

A little hidden gem, only a few minutes' drive from the thermal baths. The brunch was sensational, and the staff exceptionally friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, though the refrigerator could be colder and the TV a bit bigger. Oh well...

The opening brunch turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Fresh, delicious buffet food and friendly service make this a real asset to Pitten. Good value for money, and definitely worth recommending.
