The courtyard has a lovely glass-enclosed spot that feels welcoming and clean. The staff are kind and quick, giving you the attention you need. It works well for meeting friends, coworkers, or family, young or old. A pleasant breakfast here makes for an energizing start to the day.

The café fits nicely into the old building, which I understand is Poysdorf's oldest house. The pastries are tasty and inexpensive, and you can take them away. Lunch is a small, quick, cheap selection, so keep your expectations modest. Friends who stayed overnight had positive things to say.

They lost our reservation, made six months ahead, then offered us a dirty, smelly room in a pension at a discount. If I wanted a one-star stay, I wouldn't have booked a supposedly four-star room. There was no reception desk or night manager, and the bakery, coffee bar, and hotel all shared one counter. Breakfast had no buffet or written menu either, just a waitress explaining the options.

The price feels out of line with the quality. Still, it's a decent hotel in the city center, with a little restaurant and bakery.

A charming café worth the detour from the main toll road. Dogs are welcome too. 🐶☀️
