We found it easy to unwind at the farm, and the time chatting with Hannes was lovely, especially with a taste or two of his excellent homemade schnapps. We also brought home eggs, jam, and a few bottles from the farm shop, all really good quality. Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, right down to sharp knives and pots and pans. The animals were affectionate and clearly well looked after, which was a treat for everyone. Hannes welcomed us so warmly when we arrived, and we never wanted for anything during our three days there. His parents and the rest of the family were just as kind and attentive. The whole place has a special, homely feel. We had a fantastic stay and are sure to come back. Thanks so much, Hannes and family! Christina & Philipp

The owners are welcoming, and there's a little garden to sit and relax in. The apartment was very clean, and the setting is peaceful. They sell homemade things on site, including jam, eggs, alcohol, speck, and bread. There are also two donkeys and a foal. The price is very reasonable, and you can book for two days or more.

We were cycling past and stopped at the self-service farm shop. The staff were really friendly, and there was a great range of homemade drinks and snacks. Definitely recommend it.
