4* Familienhotel Taxerhof

The hotel looks nice and is well located, and the staff were great and very nice. For skiing, it’s handy that a bus takes you to the next ski lift. But the service, dining setup, and wellness facilities weren’t very good, and I didn’t feel we got what we paid for. It was pretty expensive, and the nice location and appearance don’t make up for the price in my opinion. All in all, it’s an okay place for a few days, but they should work out how to fix those issues. I wouldn’t specifically recommend it. Decide for yourself!

This hotel has a lot for families: an equipped kitchen, pools and saunas, laundry, a kids’ room, and a petting area with farm animals. I especially liked the self-service shop, open 24 hours, where you can get delicious pizza, drinks including alcohol, tea, coffee, and snacks. The location also works well if you want to visit both Hallstat and Saltzburg while staying in one place. The price is affordable too.

We were really happy with our choice. It’s amazing for its category, with polite, helpful staff, lots of amenities, and a nice location.

A luxury hotel close to the golfpark in Radstadt, right by the cross-country ski slope. The service is perfect. I recommend it for refreshment.
