The beds smelled a little sweaty, so I couldn't tell if they had been freshly made. And the landlady, the grandma, would just come in whenever she wanted to collect her cleaning fee. I can't condone that, though to each their own. Anyone who's fine with living next to a main road where a big truck from the lumber mill goes by every two minutes might feel differently.

We only saw the hostess on our first evening, when we paid. She kept the €4 change without asking. The apartment itself was clean, though small and a bit dated, and we could hear the guests above us through the ceiling.

A nice place to stay, with smaller rooms and a good base for trips. One warning: the lady wanted to charge extra for electricity even though it was included. Also, one roll of toilet paper won't last the whole stay.

Friendly service and nice accommodation in line with Austrian standards. It's an excellent base for the ski resorts in the area.

The apartments are fairly affordable and well located, with good shopping nearby. The ski bus to Radstadt, Obertauern and Reiteralm is about 100 m away. Facilities are okay, with a new kitchen and dishwasher, bathroom and toilet, though some of the mattresses are old.
