I can only give restaurant Löcker 2/5. It has a warm, calm feel, with traditional touches and lots of wood that make it feel cosy and right for a ski town. The location is fairly central too. My girlfriend’s käsespatzle, shown in the attached photo, was good but nothing special. The waiter forgot my order completely, so my food came after everyone else’s. I ordered the vollwertteller, and it looked like a messy plate put together by a three-year-old, even though it was clearly meant to look nice. There was a spoonful of whipped cream in the middle for some reason, and enough sauce to last a family a week. It was a random mix of things like a spring roll, dumplings and croquettes, with no side dish or salad. It wasn’t very tasty, there wasn’t much food, and I was still hungry afterward. It was overpriced for what it was, and the service was bad. I almost laughed when I saw the dish. I don’t recommend it.

The owner was wonderful, friendly and accommodating, and it was great for kids. Breakfast was good. Our room was large and comfortable for its category, though the furniture was a bit boring. The town is wonderful, with lots to do in summer. A great place to stop for a quick night when travelling far.

I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't rate the rooms. I only visited the restaurant, where the food was great and traditional, served with local beer and radler. The restaurant itself is very cosy. I’d definitely recommend it.

I only went to the restaurant part of Löcker. As French tourists, we were well received by the waiter. He gave us plenty of time to choose and adjusted his language to us, which was nice while travelling abroad. A real professional! The waitress seemed unable to wait even 30 more seconds for us to choose a drink before she rushed off. Maybe she had a lot to do. Later, we accidentally ordered an extra chocolate crepe with the desserts. We politely sent it back, and the waiter took care of it without a problem. Two minutes later, the waitress returned with the plate, looked my mother in the eye and insisted that SHE had ordered it. So, despite having to pay for an extra crepe, yes, I’d recommend this restaurant. The menu of the day was good value at 12.40€. If you’re a foreigner, hope you get the waiter!
