We only wanted soup, but the evening turned into a really upsetting experience. I asked what “frittata in the soup” meant, then pointed out the garlic soup on the menu and ordered five of those. They brought five soups with frittata instead. That was a problem because the children don't eat meat and my partner doesn't eat pasta. When I asked about changing them, the staff argued that I'd ordered that dish, and said I had been pointing at it, though we had been discussing something else. I said I'd pay just for the coffee, but then they started telling me what to do with the soup. The service and attitude were awful, honestly the worst I've experienced. I can't recommend this place.

Fair prices, card or cash, and a handy location for people travelling long distance. We had lunch here and the food was fresh and really tasty. The restaurant was clean, the toilets were nice and comfortable, and the staff paid close attention to us. I have only positive things to say.

On the way back to Austria from the Czech Republic, I stopped in this tiny town at a random old-school Gasthaus. The meal was one of the best: traditional Blood Sausage with Kraut and Potatoes. The staff were very friendly, and apparently the place has been run by the same family for generations.

We came in just for coffee and a bathroom stop, and both were good. The place felt cosy, and the staff speak English, which was a relief since I was worried I'd have to dig up whatever German I still remember.

The cheapest campsite I've stayed at. The bathrooms are spacious and clean, hot water is free, and there are toilets, cooking facilities and a washing machine. There aren't many tent spots, though, as lots of the site is taken up by permanent trailers and houses.
