We really liked the location and had hoped for a more relaxing holiday, so we were sad to leave feeling uncomfortable. We've never been asked to take our shoes off at any place we've stayed before, though we understand cleaning isn't fun. We also got the feeling that dogs were permitted but not welcome. I've visited many hotels as a travel agent, from basic places to five-star hotels, and have never been treated like this, with or without a dog. The rooms didn't feel like the photos, and it was very noisy. They knocked on our door at 7 a.m. to tell us something, when they could have done it the evening before, and cleaning started very early. The mattress needs replacing, as it was very hard, and the pillow was uncomfortable.

The bus stop is right across from the apartment entrance, and public transport works really well. It's a perfect base for skiing throughout the valley. The apartments are clean, nicely equipped, and have everything you need. I sincerely recommend this place, and everyone in our group felt the same way.

Apartment no. 1 was a modern flat over two levels, with the bedroom upstairs. It had a new, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious shower room. There's lots of parking by the house. The owners were polite, very nice, and helpful, and we'd highly recommend staying here.

Really, really nice place to stay. It was warm, cozy, and very clean, with a German rustic style mixed with a modern touch. The host's family were super friendly and always around. Thanks, Hans, for a lovely holiday.
