A very disappointing stay. During an urgent situation, the staff were rude and raised their voices at us. They seemed more concerned about money than helping guests. That isn’t the kind of service I’d expect from a resort.
10/10
The apartments are clean and very well maintained, and the location is great, just 100m from the ski lift. The nearest store is 800m away and has everything you need.
10/10
The chalets are beautiful and very close to the lift. Everything was clean and ready for us, with a private ski room for each family. We had complete privacy.
10/10
The place is about a mile's walk from the centre of Rauris. It’s really well maintained, highly recommended.
2/10
Very bad experience. We booked a house and paid the full amount, but when we arrived they said there was nothing for us. I felt this was racist. I don’t recommend this place at all.
