Hotel Gasthof Bräu

Brau was a hit with our family. The family-run hotel was clean and well maintained, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner came with our stay, and both were fresh and tasty, with plenty of choice for adults and kids. The kids’ playroom is cute, and the backyard has games and a sandbox for little ones. The hotel is conveniently close to waterfalls and beautiful hiking trails. Nearby, Rauris is a lovely village with an authentic feel, beautiful homes and everything we needed, including restaurants, two supermarkets and a laundromat. There’s also mini golf and a public pool nearby. We fell in love with Rauris and Brau hotel and can’t wait to come back.

I had a wonderful week at this hotel with my 6 year old daughter. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and fairly spacious. The garden and playroom were great for a stay with kids, and the owners were very, very kind. The food was good too.

The hosts clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel looked after. We stayed six days with our two kids and felt pampered the whole time. Everything was spotless, breakfast was more than enough, and the New Year’s Eve dinner was delicious for an unbelievably low price. The rates in general felt very fair, too. Thanks to the couple running the hotel for all the hard work you put into making people happy.

We spent a week at Hotel Bräu and would happily return. The place has a real sense of history, and it’s clean and clearly run with pride and heart by the family. The kids had both a playroom and a playground, while we enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, plus fantastic coffee and cocktails. Everyone was welcoming and kind, from reception and the kitchen to the Putz Feen. Thank you to the whole Team Hotel Bräu and Karin for taking such good care of us.
