Dorfresort Kitzbühel by ALPS RESORTS

The kitchen had good equipment, but it was missing basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. There wasn't even a small supply of tea or coffee. Our pillows were really uncomfortable, and the blankets were quite small. The Wi-Fi was very poor, with one router on the first floor serving the whole building. The TVs were very old, and only the living room one had Netflix, which was really disappointing. We spent a week in a family apartment on the second floor. The children's room had no windows, and direct sunlight came in through the ceiling early in the morning. We think it may have been a chimney vent, so we basically couldn't use the room. With a little effort from the owners, the place could be much nicer.

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable, modern room with lots of space, and the location is central, very close to Kitzbühel. Parking was right in front of the resort. We'd gladly return.

We felt at ease as soon as we arrived for a weekend with the kids; the welcome was so warm. The rooms were modern and very clean, and we enjoyed the spa area too. Whenever we had a question or an issue, someone replied quickly and courteously. We'd definitely come back.

We felt at home right away in the clean, modern accommodation, with its warm wood furnishings. Its quiet spot in nature was ideal for our family, and there are great hiking trails nearby. You can also get to the Wilder Kaiser quickly and visit the well-known filming locations from the TV series "Der Bergdoktor" (The Mountain Doctor). The garden's idyllic natural pond gives the house a special feel and put us in holiday mode straight away. We also loved the spacious wellness area, with three saunas, an infrared cabin, an outdoor whirlpool, and a relaxation room. Reitherwirt next door is a good dinner option, and the village shop is only a minute away. We really enjoyed our stay at Dorfresort Kitzbühel and would love to return.
