Chalet G12 - Luxury Apartments Seefeld

Being able to ski straight out onto an amazing slope beside the lift was one of the best parts. No walking or hassle, just skiing. Then coming back to the wellness area, with its sauna and heated pool, felt almost unreal after a day in the snow. We had an amazing stay at Chalet G12. From the moment we arrived, Benjamin and his team made us feel like friends visiting, not guests. They were always around, helpful, and in a great mood. I even ended up playing tennis with Benjamin.

When we got to our chalet, G12, we weren't allowed to drive up in our own cars. They said the government might confiscate our cars, but it seemed they simply wanted us to use their shuttle. Each ride cost €45, and after 10:00 PM it was €35 per person if we wanted to go out for food or groceries. We felt stuck at the top of the mountain unless we paid extra for a ride down. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, and despite paying a significant amount, we got no service at all. They even tried to charge us for a wine glass we accidentally broke and threatened to involve a lawyer and take us to court over that single glass and because the place wasn't perfectly tidy. We were 11 guys, so what could they realistically expect? There was also a disturbing incident. We heard knocking on the windows and saw people dressed in black outside the villa. We called the police, who didn't take us seriously. We also tried the owners, who live above the villa, but they didn't answer. I didn't enjoy my ski holiday and will never stay here again or recommend it. I strongly advise against renting this villa.

Our yearly ski trip with a big group of friends had always gone well until this stay. We booked a large, expensive villa for five nights so we wouldn't bother the neighbors, paying a lot and expecting comfort, privacy, and basic respect. Instead, we faced hostility, threats, and treatment we found shockingly racist. The owners seemed prejudiced from the start and made us feel unwelcome throughout. They knew we were a large group when we booked, and some noise is normal on a ski trip with friends. Rather than handle it professionally, they repeatedly threatened us with being forced to leave. Before checkout, we cleaned the whole place ourselves even though we weren't required to, especially given what we paid. We did the dishes and left everything in very good condition. Still, we were treated aggressively that day and threatened with lawyers again. The place is overpriced, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful. The way we were spoken to was shocking. We won't return, and we'd strongly advise others to stay away if they value their money, peace, and basic human decency.

The spa was pure bliss, with an outdoor heated pool and sauna set against magical alpine views. Chalet G12 is a dream spot up on the mountain, with luxurious, top-notch apartments, amazing views, and balconies. It has all the comforts for relaxing with friends or family. The staff were phenomenal, super friendly, and always there for every wish. Five stars, no question!
