Every room has a covered balcony where you can sit out of the rain and take in the Alps. The rooms may be dated, but they're spotless, the beds are good, and the whole place has a lovely feel. It's right in the middle of the wonderful town Reith, close to the gondola up Reither kogl mountain. Breakfast is nice too. You really couldn't ask for a better holiday.

The ski and boot room in the garage is secure, and there's a gorgeous sauna ready to use when the day on the snow is over. It's a great way to recover. This beautiful dorf house is right beside the snow field. The cheffin made us feel very welcome, and breakfast was delicious, with cold cuts, a hot drink, eggs, and cereal.

A nice beginner ski mountain is close by. The hotel was very good, and breakfast had a good range of choices in the morning.

After a tough walk, this felt like the perfect reward, a 500-year-old pub at 1521m high.

Everything is nearby, from restaurants, cafes and a supermarket to the cable car station. The place was clean and the staff were friendly.
