The food was fresh, tasty, and locally sourced, and the staff were really friendly. There are several saunas, though they’re underground, so you can’t see the hills from there.

We especially appreciated how István and the kitchen team, particularly Tomi, handled our fairly complicated dietary needs while still giving us the same high level of food as everyone else. The breakfast and dinner choices were good, too. With the slopes just a few steps away, spacious clean rooms, and a relaxing spa for after skiing, this hotel had everything we wanted for the trip. We’d be happy to come back.

The playroom was shockingly dirty and neglected. Our room wasn't properly cleaned before or during the stay, and the crib for our son was dirty too. The first two cribs they brought us were actually broken and falling apart. In the restaurant, his high chair stayed dirty until we asked someone to clean it. We also found the reception staff unfriendly. They seemed bothered when we raised our complaints.
