Housekeeping was very limited, and basic supplies were missing. Our apartment's dishwasher didn't work; we asked several times for it to be fixed, but nothing was done, and no cleaning products were provided. The hotel restaurant was another frustration, with slow service, poor food, and unprofessional conduct from the waiter. We canceled half-pension because of these problems, but the hotel wouldn't cooperate with giving us a full refund.

We barely had any housekeeping: towels were replaced once, and the sheets were never changed. After two poor dinners, we canceled our prepaid half-pension, but the administration refused a full refund and returned only part of the cost. We got 100€ back out of 280€ for dinner and breakfast, so we consider the remaining 180€ a tip for cleaning the apartment. You're welcome. Breakfast had very little choice, with chicken ham as the only meat. The dishwasher in our apartment never worked despite repeated requests, and there was no soap or sponge for washing dishes. Don't claim those supplies were provided. Having to wash everything with water alone got tiresome. At the restaurant, Patrik was unfriendly and unprofessional. At check-in we were told dinner was served from 18 to 20, but he said we had to choose a dinner time. When we arrived at 18, he reluctantly said he was making an exception to seat us. Soup took 45 minutes and was too salty, while later arrivals were served first. When we asked for bread, we were offered plain pizza instead. He also insisted that drinks be paid for in cash and made inappropriate remarks when we didn't have cash.

The restaurant is something to consider before booking meals. Breakfast was poor, and dinner included a vegetable salad made from breakfast vegetables. When we tried to get money back for prepaid meals, we had to fight to recover even part of it. The hotel administrator couldn't sort out restaurant problems either. The room cleaning amounted to bathroom towels, and not even every day. The dishwasher broke and nobody could repair it, and there were no dishwashing liquids, so be ready to wash by hand. The photos looked nice at first, but for a family holiday I'd choose somewhere else.

We had a great time here. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the Austrian Alps views are lovely. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were so friendly.
