The owner was easy to contact, and fresh towels and toilet paper were brought to us halfway through our stay. Our room was spacious and clean, and the place is really convenient, right by the Karspitzbahn. Nothing at all to complain about.

For 16 days we had a beautiful, very spacious apartment with absolutely everything we needed, and the owners were super friendly. We felt right at home. It's also a great spot for hikes and the like. :)

Residenz Alpin gave our 12-person carpentry training group from Ravensburg a really pleasant place to spend four days. The Folie family welcomed us warmly, and the holiday apartments were top-notch and well furnished. Having a fully equipped common room with a kitchen and seating in front of the house made the stay very comfortable for our group. I'd recommend Residenz Alpin whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, with family, or in a group. A big thank you again to the Folie family for everything.

The Wi-Fi worked excellently, and the apartments were spacious, luxurious, fully equipped, and exceptionally clean. The hosts were so sweet and helpful. The location is perfect, right next to the elevator.

The owners are very friendly, and the kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms were lovely and clean, and the apartment is right on the slopes. It's easily the best apartment we've stayed in.
