The apartment was clean, nice, and in a good spot, about a 10-minute bike ride along the path from Hinterglemm town center. We also appreciated that the Joker card was included in the price. We came with our son, my husband, my parents, and our two dogs, who regularly travel with us. From the start, though, we didn’t feel welcome, and it made the holiday unpleasant. If the owners have had bad experiences with dogs or their owners, I understand their concern, but then why allow dogs in the apartments? We felt uncomfortable throughout the stay, especially because the owners kept our IDs for the whole time and wouldn’t return them. They said they were worried our dogs would make a huge mess and leave the apartment dirty. That didn’t happen. We left everything clean and tidy, as we always do, and in the end everything was okay. The owner apologized for his behavior when we left, but that didn’t undo the unpleasant atmosphere. If you need dog-friendly accommodation, I’d look elsewhere.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated their service. This cozy apartment was roomy and very clean, with a second double bed in the living area that came in handy. We stayed four nights, close to Saalbach center. The property is part of the Joker card community, so free public transport makes it easy to get around. Thanks again for everything. My family had four apartments here, and every one was cozy, fully equipped, freshly disinfected, and had thick walls. I couldn’t hear the babies crying in the room right next to mine. The Müllauer family are genuinely lovely hosts. They patiently made sure our wishes were taken care of and kept a smile throughout our stay. If you want somewhere in Saalbach that feels like home instead of just a hotel, Alpin Appartments is a great fit.

I was here with a school group and would highly recommend the place to anyone needing accommodation in the area. It was clean and tidy, the food was excellent, and the owner and staff were very accommodating to our needs.

A really welcoming host and a great, super-clean place. It works very well for families with children and is close to lots of points of interest. Definitely recommend!
