Eggerhof mit Panorama Aussicht, inklusive Verwöhnpension und JokerCard

We had a great time here. The rooms were clean, the food was incredible, and everyone working there was consistently nice.

The setting is beautiful, and we got very good service in clean, pleasant rooms. My bed was a little bit hard, but hard is better than too soft. Bring slippers, because you'll enjoy walking inside to breakfast and dinner. The food uses good ingredients and has high ambitions, but it's missing that last touch of flavor to earn five out of five stars. The only thing missing is a gym, though with nature outside, why stay indoors?

The place is good in general, but I didn't really like the staff. They weren't very nice.

We felt thoroughly looked after and comfortable, and the hospitality and service deserve a big compliment. The buffet had a varied selection of food. The location is good, with the option to ski straight onto the slopes, and the hotel's free shuttle is faster than you'd expect. Our room in the main building was a bit older but perfectly adequate since we only used it to sleep. The spa was lovely and well maintained, and the bathrobes and towels made it a great end to a ski day. Hand sanitizer dispensers in the spa showers would be a nice addition. An earlier breakfast, or at least the chance to have coffee while reading the newspaper or news, would also be appreciated. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
